Tender Tub

Bringing a whole new meaning to sinking into one’s tub, Maren Hartveld has designed Tender Tub, a free-standing soft bathtub made from polyurethene coated foam rubber.

Offering a welcome alternative to the cold, hard characteristics of the all too common ceramic variety, Hartveld’s tub is a thoughtful and sophisticated design which provides the perfect setting for the calm soothing experience often sought-after when bathing.

Tender Tub is Maren Hartveld's final project for the Design Academy Eindhoven, and is currently being exhibited in the graduation show.
