It Is a LED lamp called 001:
A light fixture made of a bended metal rod with LED illumination. The metal rod is secured to an acrylic pipe in which approximately 120 LED's are placed.

Former RCA student and designer Daria Cabai has envisioned a submersible 71m long yacht capable of diving 100m and accommodating 6 passengers and 10 crew. 

The submarine called Sleipnir71 offers generous living space, an underwater observatory, and a drawing room. The deck transforms into a sun deck and social area allowing passengers to remain above sea level as desired.
