On July 23rd, as part of this year’s Blink Festival in Northampton, England, cutting-edge designer Simon Hasan will unveil his latest installation, “Industrial Makeshift”, which explores the intersecting themes commerce, craft and industry.
As part of this year’s Vauxhall Collective commissions, Simon Hasan combines ancient craft techniques with industrial design language to create a unique range of design pieces.
It was our pleasure to welcome London-based designer Simon Hasan to our TV Studio during this year’s Milan Design Week.
In conversation with Max Fraser, Hasan offers some insight into his latest project with Design Miami while focusing on his approach to design and passion for craft.
