DMY International Design Festival has opened its application for designers, companies and institutions to register for the 2013 festival.
Located at historic city airport Berlin Tempelhof, the festival's central exhibiton will take place from June 5 to 9 featuring pioneering products and future-oriented prototypes by brands, designers and architects. International design labs and schools will give insights into the latest design research, while design institutions from all over the globe will present curated group exhibitions including numerous country and city presentations.
This year Poland will be the Country Design Focus of this year's festival edition. The focus will be presented in cooperation with Polish Institute Berlin (Polnisches Institut Berlin). Furthermore the official German design award 2013 exhibition will anew take place alongside the festival‘s showcases.
