Recent product design graduate, Kilian Schindler has come up with a simple solution which takes the ordinary out of your garden variety white plastic chair.
Inspired by the peculiarities of German allotments Schindler’s designs ‘extract well-known elements from their usual context’, creating ‘products that affect the beholder in both familiar and strange ways at the same time.’
Shindler’s work was recently on show at the imm, cologne furniture fair 2009.
