Place du Grand Sablon 40, 1000 Brussels, Belgium
Pierre Bergé & Associés presents, Noé Duchaufour-Lawrence: Marée noire au clair de lune, a limited series of unique pieces inspired by a commodity full of ambivalence: petrol.
The exhibition features a series of pieces using black corian. The designer stages “life platforms”: matrixes of nine elements showing a setting including an oil spill, revealed by a moonlight, expressed with a poetic inner sense.
Each piece, shaped according to random movements, is influenced by nature, encapsulating the beauty of creation and the darkness of its consequences.
