The meteoric rise of the workshop of Abraham Roentgen (1711–1793) and his son David (1743–1807) blazed across eighteenth-century continental Europe. This landmark exhibition is the first comprehensive survey of the cabinetmaking firm from around 1742 to its closing in the early 1800s.
The end of November is marked with the design community dusting off their floral prints and bright clothing in preparation for their trips to Miami for the highly anticipated Design Miami/ 2012 which runs from December 5 - 9. To prepare for this years event, we wanted to share with you what the fair feels are its key themes and top design objects.
